Source: Alertpay Scam

Hello , This is my First Hub Page and There might be some problems or mistakes in my first hub page so please bear this and Read the Article which is the major issue in electoronic payments nowadays. All of You know about the Gigantic Payment processors like PayPal , Alertpay and many others , But Those countries where Alertpay is using as major payment processor and no other option of making electronic payments receiving or sending money online.Alertpay has started making issues about half year ago when their support is being very low and have not taking interest in resolving the buyers and sellers.Time passes day by day the situation became more and more worst and there is increased in issues.

I am a customer of Alertpay about 3 years , But I have never faced any issue in the whole period and then the series of issue starts

1. Credit / Debit card withdrawals Disabled:

I was shocked to hear the news when Alertpay has disabled the credit / debit card withdrawals for temporary time. I think that problem will be just temporary and will resolved about a week or two , but I am wrong the problem had spread his wings and passed over months and months and now more then 4 months are crossed and still issue present.

2.Check Withdrawal Disabled:

Still I am satisfied as I have other option of withdrawal via check and I am near to make withdraw via check and I just got strange to see that they also disabled the check withdrawal option for temporary time. God knows what this temporary means as the same also passed more then 3 months. Now most of countries which are using Alertpay as primary payment processor unable to withdraw any source neither via credit card nor via check.

3. Master Card Direct Transaction Disabled:

There became one more issue arise at the moment when Alertpay stops making transaction using Master card directly and now they also have to make sign up and validate email and verified your account then they are able to make payments with their master card online. The situation became worst here when they have no trust on the buyers and sellers who are making payment and where they are going. The answer always came from Alertpay is for the better security and to confirm the status of who making the transaction.

4.Alertpay Under DDOS attacks :

Its not over here , the last week Alertpay was under severe DDOS attacks , I wonder a company online more then 5 years and have strong Anti DDOS servers installed are under DDOS and they are making excuses to the customers saying that they are tackling the issue and will back to normal not in one day or two but in a week. Huh! And Still The problem is there the site is loading more then usual and have working very slow nowadays.

5. Alertpay Holding Accounts :

This is not too much sure issue but majority of users in our country having Alertpay account got hold without any reason / notice. And when ask for support via support ticket or direct call at their helpline no one was responding and the users bear loss. My two or three friends already face this problem and I have taken information with electronic payments forums also that this issue is yet to born , don't know how more will came under this.

Solution to Withdraw Money Via Alertpay Exchangers:

So the last option which Left for Alertpay Customers are the receiving of payments via Alertpay trusted exchangers which cut you from head to toe with their exchange fees.So Still some customers are using the Alertpay exchanger without any other option and majority are still not taking any risk in exchanging money with Exchangers as they have no trust on the exchangers even they are paying for long and are verified trusted exchangers.

Alertpay's Reply :

And Every time any update which came from Alertpay regarding these issues they said that they are resolving the issues with their banking partners and please bear with us. Isn't it strange for you also that in this modern era where problems are resolved at one call , there they are taking more then four months.

Last update which I have seen from Alertpay that sorry for inconvenience caused and bear with us having patience for unknown time , this is the reason why I create this topic Alertpay Scam Or Not , now its upto you what you have in your mind after reading this.

A top leading growing electronic payments company having disabled options of withdraw , no direct transaction using Master Card , and At the end facing DDOS attacks and still they are facing the attacks about one week.

Have nice time reading post your comment about this it will be highly appreciated.Yo can have full detail about Alertpay at this website Alertpay Full Information.

Welcome to HubPages, Joseph! Congratulations on posting your first hub and on signing up to the 30 Hubs in 30 Days Challenge.

I didn't really know much about Alert Pay before reading your hub, I think I would rather stick to using PayPal wherever possible.

Thanks Cloverleaf for warm welcome.

At the moment I also prefer to stick at PayPal as Alertpay is making issues which are being frustrated to users.

I will update about recent information of Alertpay in this Hub.

Hi, this article is very insightful I had a very bad experience with alert pay. They brought about complications that rendered it impossible to withdraw money with favorable options to switch users to their alert pay which is their strategy to make profits by imposing extremely high fees.Out of the money I withdrew from my Alert account through their Alert Exchanger. I was overcharged and only received half of the money after the long wait. Currently I have an ongoing transaction which is a bank wire withdrawal: to my disappointment, the transaction is already 12business days old and yet the money has not been deposited to my bank account. All i get to hear from the alertpay support is"we ask your patience the delay will be cleared by our intermediary bank." I hope I will get my money. My suggestion is anyone doing internet transactions or money transfer better stick to PAYPAL despite its limitations.BEWARE ALERT PAY is not the place to put your money. I t was easy to deposit money to my alertpay account within 4business days. I think withdrawal is the reverse why is it taking centuries then? This leaves a lot to be desired!!!

Hi guys, do not wait for anyone else to tell you ALERT PAY is a scam.I updated you last week about my bank wire withdrawal from my alert pay account. There was over delay by 2weeks upon which I request confirmation print out only to take them to my BANK and get a confirmation that they were fake bank wire forms...I have lost my $477 to these blood suckers. Lucky them I am not an American!!!I could have sued them.

I wonder how the CANADIAN government watches this SCAM "eat other peoples sweat"

Alertpay did held then suspended my account without any proper reason. All my funds were frozen and I was told that the funds would be released after 180 days. After 180 days nothing did happen. I did contact Alertpay through there support system. Alertpay did not bother to respond to my inquiry. Alertpay is scam and practicing a systematic fraudulent business! You have been warned.
